The Hotelier Tools dashboard is the screen you land on after signing in: it shows which connections work, which features are running, who arrives next and what happened recently. It sits next to Little Hotelier and uses your property's own Little Hotelier login, so your bookings stay where they are.
- Connect once. On Credentials (
/credentials) you save your Little Hotelier login. It is stored encrypted (AES-256-GCM). Booking.com, a mailbox and WhatsApp are optional connections you add later from the same place. - Your property card fills itself in. Address, rooms, taxes and policies are read from Little Hotelier and kept up to date on Settings > Property & AI knowledge (
/settings/property). The guest inbox and the public waitlist page use this card. - The home screen shows the state of things. Connections, running features, upcoming arrivals and recent activity sit on one screen.
- Search finds the rest. Press Ctrl+K (Cmd+K on a Mac) to search pages, waitlist entries, scheduled tasks and conversations. It ignores accents and understands English and Spanish words for the same thing: "lista de espera" finds the Availability Queue.

- A Hotelier Tools account, created at dashboard.hotelier.tools/register. You can sign in with a passkey.
- Nothing to install. It runs in the browser.

- Status: beta. It works well and is still being polished.
- Independent. Hotelier Tools is not affiliated with or endorsed by SiteMinder or Little Hotelier. It can only do what your Little Hotelier login can do in the web app.
- Expired passwords pause everything. If your Little Hotelier password stops working, scheduled jobs pause instead of retrying, which protects your account from a lockout. Save the new password on Credentials or press Check now & resume.
- Search speaks two languages. It understands English and Spanish terms.
Does it replace Little Hotelier?
No. Reservations, rates and the calendar stay in Little Hotelier. The dashboard reads them and adds what Little Hotelier does not do.
What does it cost?
Every feature is free for every hotel until 10 January 2027.
